Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF/Medical doctors With out Borders) can no longer visit 20 villages in southern Guinea, where healthcare employees have confronted too much hostility. Janssens acknowledged that MSF, "which has sent 300 workers members and forty tons of kit, has reached the bounds of what it can do."
